**Job Scope**

Responsible for the overall running of Accounts, Administration and Human Resource Department.

**Admin & Finance**
- Responsible for all accounting functions for a group companies (QuickBooks Accounting System)
- Prepare tax computations and liaise with tax agent for filing
- Liaise with external parties such as Auditor, Banks, Corporate Secretary, IRAS and MOM etc
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and other regulatory requirements
- Admin duties, eg. courier arrangements
- Carry out any other works as assigned from time to time

**HR**
- Prepares payroll, IR8A
- Review the insurance coverage

**Job Requirement**

Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance

Preferably 5 years of experience in managing a group accounts

Knowledge of accounting standards, Taxation/Employment Act, and statutory requirements in Singapore

Knowledge in QuickBooks accounting software preferred

A multi-tasker with self-motivation and integrity, can operate alone

Preferably with 1 month notice or able to join immediate

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
