**Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist**:
**As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will...**:

- Drive a strong global recruitment process and rigor, including designing and implementing a systematic hiring workflow, adopting and maintaining of Applicant Tracking System
- Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the requirements of these positions
- Write job descriptions and post to relevant job platforms
- Screen applicants for relevance and competency
- Leverage personal and industrial experience to develop an extensive network of talents
- Gather and provide data-centric insights to business leaders to assist in decision making

**You may be a fit for this role if you...**:

- Have 5 or more years of recruiting experience spanning multiple domains including both technical and non-technical recruiting
- Have in-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding
- Have good working knowledge of technology, including technical roles and skills
- Have experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Are self-motivated, resilient and can respond to changes quickly
- Can partner with different stakeholders, including well-developed influencing, negotiating and consulting skills
- Possess excellent communication skills, including business or native level fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese

- Have prior recruiting experience in web3 or blockchain industry
- Have a mix of technical and business background or education, or formal education in Human Resources
- Are located or willing to relocate to Singapore
