We are seeking a Senior CRM Specialist who is comfortable dealing with day to day complexity of CRM. As a CRM Specialist, you will ideate and design marketing campaigns to help drive user retention and engagement on BandLab. You will work closely with different domains such as content, creatives, product and growth. This role reports directly to the Senior CRM Manager.

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- Support with ideation, design and implementation of customer journey flows
- Support with testing strategy (A/B & Multivariate test) to identify key moments to better understand our customer segments and user behavior
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance
- Support in implementation of external requests from different product teams across the organization

**Requirements**:

- 2+ year experience with Braze (preferable) or with any CRM Engagement platform (Iterable, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.)
- Experience and proven results in implementing triggered campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation and customer funneling
- Highly analytical and able to draw insights from data through testing and optimization
- Able to adapt to changes in schedule and delivery
- Detail oriented, strong communicator and collaborator
- Copywriting skill is a plus
- Music production knowledge is a huge plus
