**About this opportunity**

The Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance Intern plays a key role in supporting the maintenance & coordination of the Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance matters to ensure full compliance with local requirements and Align’s internal requirements.

**In this role, you will**
- ** Regulatory Affairs**
- Adverse event reporting for Malaysia
- Class A device listing for Singapore
- Management of advertisement notifications for Vietnam
- Raising international registration request to GRA
- Maintenance of country license masterlists, submission of country authorization forms
- ** Quality Assurance**
- QA review of new vendors in ARAVO
- GDPMDS annual audit support
- ** Labeling**
- DCO and ECO creation and management of ARENA process for country-specific labeling
- ** Admin**
- Management of consultant contracts in ARIBA (new and renewal contracts)
- PRPO creation and ARAVO onboarding for new consultants
- Submission of due diligence documentation for new consultants

**In this role, you’ll need **- Preferred field of study: Life Sciences, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, Sciences, Pharmacy
- Commitment Period: Minimally 6 months
