Principal Engineer Device Modeling

**- Development of RF/mmW FET transistor model using industry standard models, e.g., BSIM.
- Support characterization and data analysis for FET device at DC and RF/mmW frequency range.
- Work with fab device team to interpret DC/RF characteristics and debug device issues.
- Perform RF/mmW simulation and prepare model-hardware correlation (MHC) report.
- Participate in customer engagement discussion and circuit issue de-bugging.

**Required Qualifications**:

- BS, MS or PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- BS with 4 years of experience, MS with 2 years of experience, PhD with 0 year of experience.
- Experience in DC/RF/mmW device modeling (ADS, ICCAP, Cadence Virtuoso, etc.), RC parasitic extraction tools, device layout CAD tools, and DC/RF/mmW device/circuit characterizations would be preferred. Having RF/mmW circuit designs experience would be an added advantage.
- Project management skills, i.e., ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter.
- Fluency in English Language - written & verbal.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Material Engineering
- PhD in Electrical/Electronic/Material Engineering
