Engineer Device Modeling

Singapore GLOBALFOUNDRIES Full time

**- Analyze and and represent semiconductor devices with industry standard models.
- Applies knowledge of semiconductor physics and devices to evaluate and analyze test results- Works closely with device and other modeling engineers to interpret test results and debug device and measurement issues. Prepares reports summarizing results or to make technical recommendations.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

**Required Qualifications**:

- BS, MS or PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in similar role
- Project management skills, i.e., ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter.
- Fluency in English Language - written & verbal.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Material Engineering
- PhD in Electrical/Electronic/Material Engineering
