**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and grow DXP SaaS platform business in Singapore
- Evaluate technologies and available solutions via-a-vis market and industry trends
- Provide technical leadership in solution conceptualization and architecting in a holistic and cost-effective manner
- Collaborate with Industrial Sales to strategize and grow DXP SaaS business profitably

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with ERP/CRM operation and understanding of enterprise business processes.
- Familiarity with both IT and OT systems, including hardware, software, and networking components. This includes knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure as well as basic knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and other OT devices
- Having Solution technology (MPA/APC/OTS/PIMS etc) background and skillset towards Solution business development and sales
- Good exposure of Solutions (L3/L4) scope of offering and understanding of new digital solutions in the digital era
- Experience with Solution Technical implementation will be advantageous
- Strong personal drive and desire to success, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and take self-initiative
