**Overview**
The Nursing Research Unit is a team of nurses who lead research studies, evidence-based initiatives and implementation science projects aimed at improving outcomes for patients, their caregivers and other healthcare professionals. Based at the Ng Teng Fong Centre for Healthcare Innovation, we aim to generate new knowledge and translate it into a relevant and feasible manner into clinical care.Carer Matters delivers a hospital-to-home framework to better support caregivers of older adults in the Central Health Region. A major thrust of this project is the digitalization of solutions to increase accessibility and utility to seniors and their caregivers.
- Over the course of the project, the project executive will assist in the planning and execution of the project, coordinating with other departments and operations personnel from multiple disciplines and settings to ensure all aspects of the project are compatible.
- Main duties and responsibilities:
- To support Project Manager in overseeing smooth rollout of project across sites.
- Skilled in community engagement and empowerment to drive collaboration and co-design of solutions in community settings.
- Responsible for keeping digital solutions aligned with strategic direction and aims of cluster and national healthcare system.
- Skilled in the adoption of adult learning pedagogy to ensure materials and content developed meet the literacy and comprehension level of seniors and caregivers.
- Develop communications and collateral organizational development support to multiple thrusts and arms of project in hospital and community.
- Supports project manager in ensuring project compiles with milestones set.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedule, documentation and work plan.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the effective execution of projects.
- Responsible for coordinating collaboration between clinician partners, technology and academic partners of project, ensuring liaison and flow of needed information and content across teams.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
- Assist in the management of contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Recognised Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline.
- Knowledge of organizational development skills beneficial.
- Experience or interest in working together with community partners beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills, project management skills and experience.
- Team player with strong leadership,organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, highly driven and self-motivated individual who is able to thrive under pressure.
