As a **Team Manager - Wealth Management**, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our Wealth Managers to achieve strong financial objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead and Develop**: Manage and lead a team of Wealth Managers, fostering accountability through performance management and providing sales coaching and development to every team member.
- **Recruit Top Talent**: Proactively recruit and retain top sales talents
- **Drive Business Growth**: Maximize team productivity by developing and executing clear, feasible business plans to achieve growth and exceed sales targets.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic business plans in line with our company's growth initiatives, contributing to the expansion of our customer base.
- **Coaching and Guidance**: Demonstrate a passion for coaching and guiding your team of Wealth Managers to upskill and consistently meet or exceed business objectives.
- **Business Development**: Lead the team in developing new businesses by actively prospecting for new clients and referrals through company developed initiatives
- **Exceptional Client Experience**: Provide an exceptional client experience, building strong and lasting client relationships by partnering with them and fully understanding their needs.

**Requirements**:

- Team manager in a financial institution or insurance company
- Ability to inspire sales teams and capable of mentoring, coaching, and effective people management.
- Strong business acumen, innovation, and adaptability to face unexpected challenges.
- Proven track records of driving sales performance.
- Possess a collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a strong team environment.
- Highly driven to succeed within a challenging sales environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
