**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the verification of charges, align supplier invoices with accounts, process payments, and enter data into the accounting system
- General Ledger (GL): Execute payments via cheque and electronic banking, record receipts and payments in the accounting system, and generate weekly cash flow reports
- Journal Entries: Maintain inventory by updating stock costs and recording journal entries, conduct quarterly GST filings and prepare monthly financial reports
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Bank Reconciliation: Produce weekly cash flow reports, and manage monthly procurement of office supplies and refreshments.
