Daily Activities

1. Meeting clients - either face-to-face or via online, to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation. These meetings involve discussions about investments, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and other financial matters.

2. Financial and Portfolio analysis - assess clients' insurance and investment needs, including life, health, disability, and long-term care insurance, to provide recommendations that offer sufficient coverage. You need to create comprehensive financial plans that outline strategies for achieving short-term and long-term financial goals. This includes budgeting, savings plans, retirement projections, and more.

3. Social Media Management
- regularly communicate with your followers in the digital space, from understanding all your followers, answering their queries to converting them to be your clientele.

4. Content Creation - regularly creating content together with the team that helps the community to foster better financial literacy.

6. Continual Learning and Licensing - staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and financial products is essential. Consultants engage in continuous education to provide the best advice.

These are the list of expectations given:
1. Training, mentorship and on-boarding - all examination will be fully paid for, 1-1 concept and technical skills will be taught and joint client presentation will be conducted to ensure smooth understanding of how things work.

3. In-house and mega roadshows to be conducted on Monthly basis.

4. Company social media and other project leads will be pass down.

5. Retired consultants portfolio will be pass down to selected new consultants.

Expected remuneration and benefits:
2. Monthly commission - ranging from $1500 - $10,000

3. Renewal, Recurring and Lifetime commissions - ranging from $500 - $2000 monthly

4. Quarterly bonus and Annual Bonus - 16%-33%, expected to be $15,000-$30,000 yearly

5. Monthly campaign - RookieTrips, Lisbon/Zurich/Portugal yearly trips, Cruises incentives and many more

6. Total newbie annual remuneration ranging from $80,000 - $160,000

**Requirements**:
We look at education certificates of min diploma, industry knowledge, communication skills, analytical skills, ethical conducts, technology proficiency, presentation and networking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
