As a Manager, Training & Airline Services, you will be accountable for the management and administrative control of all training programs in airline & airport services as well as a people & customer-centric and has a strong understanding of all aspects of airline ground operations.

As part of the Jetstar Asia’s ground handling team, you will have the opportunity to equip our ground handlers with required knowledge and skills to deliver consistent product & customer experience.

**Reporting **to the Head of Ground Operations and Customer Experience, your main accountabilities will include**:

- Full spectrum of Ground Operations training from curriculum development, to write up of manual, procedures and policies to conducting of the actual training and the follow up actions
- Development of e-learning modules to streamline and improve training delivery & efficiency
- Responsible for the delivery of Jetstar Asia’s training on products, policies and procedures and DCS & automated self-service systems including the dissemination of airport operational updates and flight schedules
- Managing compliance management of regulatory training for relevant technical & ramp handling operations
- Accountable for all ground handling contracts administration including RFP exercises & renewals
- Be the project lead for ground operation initiatives and projects. This include conducting of User Acceptance Testing to write up of training manuals, on ground training/implementation to post implementation follow up.

**To be considered for these roles you will ideally have**:

- At least a degree in any discipline with preference business is preferred.
- At least 5 years of training experience preferably in the aviation preferred.
- Advantageous to possess “Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)” or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
- Experience in developing training curriculum
- Strong knowledge with Navitaire’s reservation system New Skies® is a must
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills to engage across different levels and functions.
- Project management and strategic planning experience including proven track record in delivering results in a matrix environment
- Strong drive for results, proactive with good planning and organising, project management skills and pay attention to details
- Ability to conduct stand-up, virtual or blended training
- Superior time management and organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple complex tasks concurrently and deliver quality output
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning technologies such as conducting user acceptance testing
- Ability to think differently and to challenge the norm with an open and innovative mindset
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and ability to make data-driven decision
- Ability to self-motivate with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high quality output.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel
