We are a building construction company that is part of a larger Group of Companies that specializes in turnkey solutions, design & build, in-house consultancy, building management and development, all under one roof. Looking for a competent Project Manager / Site Manager with experience in both commercial and residential projects.

**Job Description**:

- Manage and oversee all project site activities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the project
- Organize work effectively to ensure timely completion of projects
- Organize subcontractors to survey and carry out all stages of work
- Attend site meetings to establish scope of works
- Prepare work schedule, project supervision, and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation (for commercial projects)
- Liaise with authorities, design consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure good workmanship is carried out for all site works.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years construction building experience in Singapore local construction
- Experienced in both commercial and residential projects
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Knowledge of Building Management preferred
- Able to understand structural drawing, specifications, and requirements
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
