Our client is a forward-looking premier institution. We are sourcing on behalf of our client for a Professional Accreditation and Membership Manager, based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:
For Membership:

- Oversee secretariat support for membership registration.
- Develop and improve processes for Membership operations including registration, transfer and termination and Q&M Reviews.
- Prepare Membership operating budget
- Compile data to provide reports on membership registration performance
- Manage and develop staff in the Membership Team

For Professional Registries:

- Oversee Secretariat Support for Professional Registration and Facility
- Develop and improve processes for the administration of certification programme and Professional Registries
- Audit periodically documentation, website content and take corrective actions for each professional registries
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with partner agencies and other external organisations
- Prepare Professional Registries operating budget
- Manage and develop staff in the Professional Registries Team
- Compile data to provide reports on Professional Registries performance
- Prepare engineering annual reports, support engineering periodic review, duties of appointed registrar
- Undertake organisation new initiatives, provide support in development of organisation strategic goals and implementation deliverables

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 to 8 years work experience in similar role
- Leadership abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, awareness of internal and external customer needs
- Align department goals with organisation direction, result-oriented, able to meet agreed deadlines and deliverables through team work
- Problem solver, able to analyse issues and formulate action plan
