The Corporate Plans and Services (CPS) Division undertakes a range of responsibilities in innovation, Strategic Planning, and Partnerships, and collaborates with R&D divisions in the areas of Finance, Estate Management, and Procurement to meet DSO’s strategic and business needs.

Assistant Manager / Manager (Corporate Plans & Services)
In this role, you will assist the Senior Director (Corporate Plans & Services) in the following CPS Division workstreams:
1. Division Management Meeting (DMM)
- Propose the agenda for the meeting, drawing inputs from the Directors and SD
- Prepare the key takeaways from DSOMC and Board meetings
- Prepare status update for CPS workplan, DMM and MC/Board Action items
- Oversee the rotation of the recording secretary (For DMM)
- Ensure minutes of DMM are submitted timely
2. Workplan
- Coordinate with CPS Directors to compile Cluster workplans
- Compile the CPS Workplan based on framing provided by SD(CPS)
- Organise the CPS Workplan Seminar
- Prepare SD(CPS)'s Workplan Seminar materials
3. Governance
- Compile the Corporate Quality KPIs report, drawing inputs from the Directors
- Track closure of system and control weaknesses and gaps highlighted in Audits and as identified by Management
4. Competency Development
- Present the Training update (Provide by HR) to DSOMC
- Track CPS staff attendance at milestone and mandatory course
- Coordinate with DSO college for training and course development matters
5. Staff Engagement
- Organise sessions for SD(CPS) to meet different groups of leaders and staff to discuss feedback from the Staff Engagement (SES) and Pulse Survey
- Prepare the CPS Report on Staff Engagement based on SD(CPS)'s directions
- Plan and organise CPS Interaction Day
6. Finance
- Monitor Division's Operating Budgets e.g., training budget, interaction funds, refreshment budget as appropriate
**Requirements**:
- Degree in any field
- Proficient in writing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Comfortable in dealing with different levels of management / staff, be proactive and able to work under time pressure, in a fast-paces dynamic environment
