Our Client is an investment management platform sponsored by a leading Singapore property developer. They are currently looking for a Manager/Senior Manager to handle Client Coverage. The incumbent will directly report to the Head of Client Coverage.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Assist in the development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Assist in the investor's KYC/AML requirements, and regulatory clearances and relevant KYC/AML monitoring for the investors.
- Assist in the development of the Company’s investor base, capital raising the Company’s investment funds including and not limited to co-investments, segregated accounts, discretionary and non-discretionary investment mandates, and External Asset Management (EAM) business including multi-family office setup.
- Ensure any client-impacting regulatory changes and business changes are communicated to the clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
- Provide support for the consistent delivery of top-quality services to achieve the overall business objective of revenue growth for the firm
- Provides innovative solutions to internal teams & clients. Ensures a strong and robust processing environment with effective controls.
- ** Requirement**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in relevant industries
- Have an established relationship with institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers, and commercial banks to engage immediately.
- Knowledge in the real estate industry is an added advantage
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
