**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for operations and maintenance of RF transmission systems, video compression systems and OTT systems.
- Responsible for the coordination of all activities relating to incoming and outgoing OU-live feeds.
- Ensure all incoming OU-feeds meet technical specifications and quality requirement.
- Troubleshoot any immediate technical and quality issue in full-time channels or OU-Live service.
- Work alongside with other departments to ensure all OU-live feeds and signal are routed correctly.
- Liaise with content suppliers / service providers / earth stations on the delivery of all live events.
- Provide first line customer support to external clients and 3rd party cable operators / broadcasters.
- Able to efficiently operate various satellite and video compression devices i.e. encoders, multiplexer, signal processors, routers, modulators, up-convertors, High power amplifiers etc.
