Assistant Customer Service Manager

**Job Description**:
- Build an enganging and motivated Customer Service Team by creating a positive and vibrant environment for team members to thirve
- Coach, train, lead and motivate the Customer Service Team on providing consistent excellent service and achieve KPI’s
- Plan and conduct OJT for the Customer Service Team
- Develop a training plan, set specific KPIs and have quartery appraisals for the Customer Service Team
- Manage the day-today customer service operations, including resource planning and mantaining performance targets
- Investigate and follow up on feedback/complaints tactfully, provide resolutions and use these to improve on customer srevice experiences
- Responsible for customer service catogory sales and inventory management
- Maintain ownership of POS system.
- Monthly tabulation and analysing data for reporting to the Management Team
- Assist the Operations Manager in achieving sales target budgeting and profitability
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Job Requirements**
- Have a diploma or degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a supervisory role
- Min. 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service industry with supervisory responsibility
- Have excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, management and supervisory skills
- Be energetic, motivated, result-oriented and a great team player
- Have extensive knowledge of customer service procedurers
- Have problem solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies for service quality improvements
- Be proficient in Ms office or related software
- Be able to work full-time and on rotating shifts
