Roles & Responsibilities
Supporting local sales and Malaysia deliveries (order processing, quotation , delivery arrangement)
Supporting the Singapore and Malaysia sales in liaising with customers, providing timely and accurate execution of customers' needs including sample requests
Follow on orders and ensure sufficient inventory for customers Inventory management (and disposal of inventory , if required)
Participation of survey requested by the Department of Statistics
Provide weekly Sales and inventory reports
Arrangement for blending and drumming activities
Update landed costs for all the deliveries/shipments
Requirements
Chemicals background is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience dealing with both internal and external customers
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Effective complaint management skills
Knowledge of Incoterms
Knowledge of SAP, PDF edit, MS Excel, Word, Pivot /Vlookup
Positive attitude with good time management
