**What you can expect**

Securities Operations are responsible for the delivery of operational services to cash equity/fixed income and prime brokerage business across 17 different markets in Asia. In collaboration with global functions, the head of APAC Trade Processing is expected to provide oversight for cash equity and fixed income trade processing functionalities in both Singapore and India. Trade Processing functions cover the allocation, confirmation and trade value date reconciliation and the desk/client communication as well as various global projects, regulatory related projects and regional initiatives.

- Provide quality service to the Cash Equity business in an efficient and cost effective way
- Maintain appropriate control and risk management, escalate appropriately
- Drive the development of strategic goals and support the development of global objectives and the inclusion of APAC requirements
- Manage key metrics in line with agreed targets and risk tolerances
- Provide People leadership, including the development of key talent and the oversight of India team
- Ensuring regulatory compliance are met from the country and regional perspective
- Create an effective organizational model consistent to the global structure
- Execute local governance and supervision in accordance with Bank policy and regulatory and/or legal norms
- Support the maintenance of high performance culture and provide clear communication and consistent message
- Set clear goals and performance objectives, recognize success and raise awareness of key issues and opportunities across organization
