The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is in charge of daily warehouse and logistics operations: picking and packing orders, inspection of received deliveries, update of inventory system, coordination of logistics companies, optimisation of the storage area.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare orders, pick and pack goods for shipments
- Check incoming shipments, put hardware in stock
- Inspect hardware condition
- Organise the stock area, maintain it as a clean and organised space
- Update information in the inventory management system
- Maintain inventory control with inventory check
- Prepare booking of transport and monitor shipments
- Coordinate with local and international logistics partners
- Liaise closely with sales team
- Assist on other had hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Experience in warehouse and logistics prefered
- Interested in tech/IT Hardware
- Computer-savvy, incl. Microsoft Office
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Physically able to carry loads up to 20kg
- Organisational and analytical skills with attention to details
