**We are looking for a Regional Business Analyst who will support TotalEnergies Asia ex. China Team with Analysis, Market Research, Presentations, Data interpretation, process improvements.**

**As the Business Process Analyst you will be responsible for**:

- Define, research and analyze the existing processes utilized by the organization
- Build on and maintain KPI dashboards to determine performance against plan
- Build and maintain online SOPs (on Trello or similar), driving continuous improvement.
- Working with business teams to collate data and information from various sources into actionable reports for senior management
- Providing market research and data on key projects and initiatives
- Measure, manage and sustain Business Improvement projects;

**Context and environment**
- This role will be based in Singapore (CBD)
- Travel maybe required to countries within Asia from time to time.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 3-5 years’ experience in similar positions in the construction industry or sales operations.
- Bachelor of Business/Commerce or relevant qualification, MBA an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Excel and PowerBI
- High competency in PowerPoint and other MS Office
- Knowledge of digitalization / automation tools. Tools such as Power Automate etc. would be a distinct advantage
- Ability to influence and engage other people and departments;
- Well-developed planning and work management skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
