- Develop and document comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide solution development.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed solutions.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business domain.
- Execute all levels of testing, including system, integration, and regression testing.
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies, providing timely solutions.
- Provide support and documentation for testing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Information Technology with proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard techniques and tools.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
