**Roles & Responsibilities**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Business Development and Operations and Manager needs to perform the following duties:

- Have excellent communications skills as he/she would represent the organization in the industry.
- Increase the organization’s current business portfolio.
- Should understand the requirements of the project and prepare quotations/ tenders accordingly.
- Coordinate business activities regarding pricing, orders, dispatch, employee handling, invoicing, collection of receivables and client handling.
- Dispatching orders from clients, and ensure the orders are met in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and work closely with the operations team and ensure that the daily tasks are performed without any interruptions.
- Should be well versed in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to extend themselves to perform any task at any given time as part of the organization.
- Should be flexible when it comes to work timings and willing to work on a weekend if any urgent requirement arises.

**Requirements**:

- Has own transport
- Experience in the waste management industry will be a strong advantage.
- Have a professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
- Be a team player with a strong work ethics.
- Must be able to work 6 day work week.
