**What the role is**
- We strengthen and support families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes, and publicity efforts.
Strong families are the building blocks of a caring community. We want to help families realise their hopes and aspirations, strengthen familial bonds and support them in overcoming challenges.
You will be part of the Partnership (PTR) Division to develop and curate content to strengthen families, design and execute communications and engagement plans for family programmes, and work with stakeholders and volunteers to deliver family initiatives. You will help to map the overall strategic direction to drive the Families for Life movement in the community, and nurture a community-based family-friendly support ecosystem across all stages of life. You will plan systemic upstream intervention to build family resilience and develop localised outreach strategies to impact target families through understanding and analysing ground needs. You will also contribute to the development of evidence-based marriage and parenting resources and tools, as a support resource for families.

**What you will be working on**
- Set out the overall approach and develop strategies to drive upstream, preventive measures to increase adoption of evidence-based parenting and marriage programmes
- Oversee design, development and execution plan to operationalise strategies from end-to-end to ensure effective ground implementation
- Work closely with PTR team leads on gathering feedback from stakeholders, partners, volunteers and families from the community to understand the parenting needs of the residents from the regional community
- Oversee divisional efforts and KPIs to ensure that the larger strategic priorities and outcomes are achieved
- Oversee support for the Advisory Panel on Parenting (APOP), comprising experts in different disciplines relating to parenting. This includes organising deep-dive engagement sessions with the members, planning media and outreach efforts featuring members as Third Party Advocates, and working with members to develop content

**What we are looking for**
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to analyse complex issues through both a strategic and operational lens, synthesize multiple perspectives among internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Past experience in strategic planning would be an advantage
