To oversee and direct all aspects of Guest Services to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her subordinates to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
- Monitor guest services colleagues to ensure all guests consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests and other VIPs receive special recognition and service.
- Meet and greet VIP guests personally.
- Perfom check-in and check out duties.
- Monitoring of room assignment and ensure that guest room request/preferences are met.
- Coordinate with Concierge for Hotel events, Limousine requirements and special VIP requests or preparations.
- Conduct daily shift briefing
- To assist and support the Guest Services Manager in handling guest complaints and refer them when necessary and follow up on corrective action.
- Compile, analyze and control guest services’ amenity costs and budgets.
- Review arrival lists for all arrivals and VIPs, check room allocations, amenities, and special requests; inspect all VIP rooms prior to arrival.
- Prepare requisitions for amenities on a timely basis.
- Adhere to OFH policies and ensure direct reports does the same.
- Perform related duties and special projects assigned.
- Receive training in functions and operations of related departments/sections to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments/sections and to provide greater promotional opportunities.
