Junior Cx Analyst

**JOB DESCRIPTION JUNIOR CX ANALYST**
The CX Analyst is responsible for elements of owned (website / app optimisation) and outbound (eDM, SMS) performance / analytics. You understand client’s business data through in-depth analysis of all their channels with priority for CRM, make key recommendations thru data storytelling & visualization towards the client’s monthly performance tracking and quarterly optimisation strategy as well as being one of the key drivers to drive execution of this strategy for the client.

The monthly tracking includes: KPI and goals-setting that match client’s business needs, performance analysis vis-à-vis key metrics, benchmarking thru a deep understanding of previous results and/or industry standards, and actionable recommendations to impact results.

The quarterly strategy includes testing and personalisation plan and an optimisation roadmap. To be successful in this role you will need to be a fast learner, excited by data and the story it can tell, a new age marketer that excels at both left & right brained thinking.

You will also work cross-functionally alongside a team of developers and designers in order to execute on the optimisation roadmap the analyst is comfortable working as part of a team.

The CX Analyst is an entry level marketing role requiring an advanced analytics skill set. This position includes, but is not limited to, all of the following aspects**:Quarterly Strategy**
- Analyse digital marketing data, web analytics and behavourial testing / targeting
- Make recommendations on performance opportunity and future / iterative testing
- Contribute to optimisation plans for all relevant channels and campaigns

**Client Communication**
- Weekly working groups, discussing ongoing projects, deliverables and next steps
- Attend face-to-face, brainstorming session with management executives on the marketing, technical and design sides of a client’s business
- Quarterly Business Reviews and plans - creating and presenting results, learnings and recommendations

**Other ongoing tasks**
- Manage multiple projects, with multiple teams, at one time
- Understand and proofread, technical page-tagging strategies
- Provide regular status updates and quickly escalate potential issues to the CX Manager
- Provide recommendations of what needs to be changed with a customer’s online business in order to drive achieve client KPIs. Recommend testing ideas based on business / customer goals, analytics and best practices.

**Special Consideration Given For**
- Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Datorama, Tableau
- Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

**The Role**

You carry overall responsibility for your client’s web analytics (Google) insights and capabilities, including the platform implementation, data manipulation, insights and actionability of the data.

You will leverage your experience with Google Analytics to understand your client’s goals, challenges, site design and perform data analysis to assist the business and team in identifying key areas of opportunity across clients’ web properties - desktop, mobile, tablet and multiple channel communication (website, eDM, advertising).

You will assist with the technical implementation and support of Google Analytics implementations, including the deployment of code and variable / event / goal strategy.
Working closely with your peers, you will have great insight into your client’s business, their goals and how their web analytics is implemented and can be used to drive their optimisation and personalisation strategy.

The Solution Specialist will simplify complex ideas and present them to clients in an easy to understand and impactful way. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and pursue new opportunities and clients to support the growth of our team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understanding your client’s business, their goals, digital environments and web analytics assets
- Help brands structure and implement Google Analytics or other Analytics platforms to deliver a deep understanding of the online behaviour of their site and mobile app visitors.
- Design an Analytics implementation strategy, including variable strategy
- Technical implementation and support of analytics platforms
- Creating and analysing large and detailed analytics reports to make recommendations around follow-up tests, opportunities and gap analysis
- Assist in providing recommendations and consulting on how analytics assets can better enable clients to meet their goals
- Assist in provid
