
Customer Service Executive, Personal Lines Claims

**Description**
Motor & Personal Lines Operations (MPL) is a team that supports the General Insurance (GI) operations at Income. We played a key role in GI Consumer Business by supporting our stakeholders in Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Claims processing. As a Customer Service Executive in MPL, Personal Lines Claims, your key responsibilities include the following:
- Handling of customers' Personal Lines claim enquiries and complaints
- Ensure all claim enquiries are handled in a satisfactory manner
- Assist the team to follow up supporting documents for handling of claims
- Participate in projects and system enhancements including liaising with stakeholders in providing requirement, preparation of test plan and perform user acceptance testing.
**Qualifications**
- Service oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work under tight timeline
- Ability to work as a team
- Time management skills to handle cases
- Competent with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in handling Personal Lines claims enquiries will be an added advantage
- Successful applicant will be required to obtain relevant insurance qualification (BCP, PGI & ComGI)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,700.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
