**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manages administrative support and services extended to corporate functions / departments
- Assists in overseeing / developing processes / process flow with functional team(s)
- Accountable for budgeting and monitoring of expenses for BUs
- Leads and supervises functional team in day-to-day operations including:
- Pantry supplies and services
- Access system programming and coordination incl. onboarding / exits / transfers
- Locker system programming and coordination
- Resource allocation / manpower assignment of functional team
- Reporting and analysis of trends for pantry consumption; meeting room bookings etc.
- Verifies PRs / POs raised for approval
- Assists in insurance renewal e.g. Professional Indemnity / IAR
- Involved in team / adhoc projects e.g. A&A works, renovation for new offices, logistics coordination etc.
- Liaising with vendors
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of office administration experience, preferably in leading a team
- Meticulous and has a keen attention to details
- Ability to think-out-of-the-box and challenge status quo for more effective processes
- Ability to teach, train and guide the team
- Possesses good communication and managerial skills
- Experience in Enterprise Systems such as SAP and Oracle preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
