- Manage the NHG Learning Management System (LMS) and various educational tools
- Formulate standard operating procedures and explore innovative solutions to improve processes with the goal of achieving high standards of service delivery
- Work with various stakeholders to prepare annual budget for LMS software licensing

- _Ability to provide support for NHG LMS, IT systems and educational tools used by the department_
- _Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders for improved involvement, innovation and results_
**Project Management**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a project charter defining requirements, scope, goals, deliverables, necessary resources, budget and timeline
- Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and assessments

- _Ability to lead and to follow through the entire project lifecycle from planning, procurement, implementation, quality control and monitoring, and closing_
- _Ability to complete the project within the agreed scope, cost and timeline_
**Operations**
- Support day-to-day administrative operations
- Manage IT assets incl. periodic stock take
