The Business & Data Analyst (BDA) will be overall in charge of ensuring proper system adoption, data quality, data usage and deriving data insights across the government accounts with the overall objectives of driving our business growth and making knowledgeable business/operation decisions.
Primary focus would be on Corrigo although depending on importance and priority of other systems used on accounts, e.g. Azara, Canopy, Power BI, etc, the BDA will also perform the scope in relation to these systems.
For Corrigo, the BDA will undertake as Corrigo Champion for the respective accounts and perform tasks such as Change Management/Data Ownership, Monitoring the Instance (e.g. open WO, overdue WO, etc), Analysis and Performance Tracking (running relevant reports and getting data insights to influence operations), Training of Users and Interface with Finance, where applicable.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvements in system usage and data insights.
Work towards supporting the account in being ready for Lift Cycle Asset Management program.
Connect data to operations and work closely with Account Leadership to drive towards operational excellence with data.
Working closely with the DSO to bring success to account operations through system/data adoption.
Propose and implement Sustainability initiatives in line with client requirements.
