**Job Summary**
- The Data Analyst is responsible for developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence (BI) visualization software such as Microsoft Power BI, AVEVA Pi Vision and UOC.
- The Data Analyst is responsible for connecting and integrating data from multi-cloud hybrid sources using ETL software such as Databricks, to develop and maintain BI dashboards.
- The Data Analyst is also responsible for developing digital workflow processes into existing systems of record using BPM software, such as Novacura Flow and AVEVA Work Tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Functional tasks:

- Work closely with users and stakeholders to develop BI visualizations and digital workflows as per specifications, to meet ongoing operations & business requirements.
- Actively monitor usage and track business ROI of the developed data solutions.
- Consider UI/UX designs and improved usability to create ideal user experiences.
- Develop DAX queries, calculations, and similar transformations to develop BI components.
- Develop tabular and multidimensional models as per required for each BI dashboard.
- Support the development & maintenance of medallion architecture data design pattern.
- Consider ETL/ELT pipelines required to develop robust BI dashboards with high uptime.
- Plan and document technical specifications for developed data solutions & visualizations.
- Develop user guides and training manuals as may be required for users and stakeholders.
- Support implementation of cybersecurity and data governance of the overall data stack.
- Work closely with Data Engineer(s) and across the Data Solutions & Architecture team to develop and maintain pipelines for data analytics, data visualization, and data modelling.
- Continuously develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant stakeholders such as external clients & vendors, internal users & team members, and other Business Units.
- Assist in the promotion of an Asset Lifecycle Management culture in Yinson Production.
- Monitor identified and emerging risks, and suggest prevention, mitigation and management.
- Recognize barriers to initiatives and user adoption, and propose solutions to overcome these.
- Being committed to, and actively involved in, pursuing the Company’s Asset Lifecycle Management program outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**

**Desirable**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or other similar disciplines.
- Proficiency in Power BI and DAX.
- Basics in SQL and Python.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ hands-on experience as a data analyst or BI developer.
- Experience working with Databricks and familiarity with medallion architecture.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence stacks and Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile software development techniques.
- Experience with AVEVA suite or equivalent products is a bonus.
