Sustainability Analyst

Hybrid

Applications are invited from bright candidates to join our growing sustainability consulting team. As a Sustainability Analyst at CSRWorks International, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sustainability projects and initiatives and helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals and make a meaningful impact.

This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates/post-gradules to launch into a successful sustainability consulting career at a boutique-style firm.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct sustainability gap analysis and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret sustainability data and metrics.
  • Develop sustainability policies, strategies, and measures.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs in line with clients' business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Be responsible for project management and client follow-ups.
  • Support sustainability training programmes, webinars and events.

Requirements

Bachelor or above Degree in Business / Economics / Mass Communication / Law / Public Policy / HR / Environment or a relevant field of study. Master's degree will be a plus.

  • One year work experience or internships in sustainability.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards and frameworks desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Additional fluency in an Asian or European language will be an advantage.
  • A deep interest in and a passion for sustainability is a must. Demostrable awareness of sustainability trends, issues and challenges.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment with demanding and multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment for multiple international clients across time zones.
  • Commitment to constantly exceeding client expectations.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, and resourceful.
  • Trustworthy, a self-starter, and independent.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, with advanced-level Excel and PowerPoint skills. Candidates with experience in Python, R, SQL, or Power BI or AI be highly regarded.
