This position provides management and administrative support to the Vice President, Asia-Pacific Markets and the Asia-Pacific team. This person will handle record keeping, coordination of meetings, conferences, and other events, ordering supplies, managing purchase orders, working on special projects, answering non-routine correspondence, and assembling highly confidential and sensitive information.The role will deal with a diverse group of external vendors and visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload and recommend changes in office standards or procedures.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The following describes the major responsibilities for the role, but other tasks may be added if deemed appropriate

**Administrative Support**:

- Act as the first point of contact and provide high quality support and overview to the VP, Asia-Pacific Markets - prioritizing, preparing for, responding to, and managing all activities, events, and requests for information to enable the VP, Asia Markets to make efficient and effective decisions and meet the expectations of the customers and the internal/external stakeholders,
- Assist in general support tasks, for the Vice President, Asia-Pacific Markets, including scheduling and organizing complex activities such as meetings, travel, arrangements for venue, calendar and department activities often involving different international time zones and complexities.
- Organize travel bookings, meeting minute preparation, and action-item follow up, handle expense reports, prepare PowerPoint presentations (PPT), create and/or manage databases (e.g., Asia Pacific market size, regional demographics), customer database preparation and maintenance, scheduling and manage diary.

**Business Coordination**:

- Work with relevant stakeholders to manage AtriCure’s service agreements with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including Proctors, in the Asia-Pacific region as well as track events and process timely payments
- Work with International Finance, Asia-Pacific Marketing and Sub-regional leaders to track and prepare for monthly budget meetings.
- Help track and maintain active Distributor Agreements for the expanding dealer network across the region
- Work with Asia-Pacific Marketing and T&E Leaders to organize Asia-Pacific and multi-regional and Singapore based customer events
- Assist with process creation as the Asia-Pacific organization (internal and external) grows and expands.

**Office and Facilities Management**:

- Manage all aspects of maintaining the office, including coordinating with landlord/vendors, processing payments for utilities etc.
- Manage the storage and distribution of demo inventory for training and education events

**Project Coordination**:

- Take on special internal projects that span across the Asia-Pacific region, for example projects related to employee engagement, coordinating team assessments such as Strength Finders, MBTI etc.
- Coordinate holiday, birthday and other events that bring the team together

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Education
- Minimum Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience including 3 years in providing administrative and business coordination support to a Business Unit or a Regional leader, experience providing support for APAC level leader is preferred

**Skills**:

- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across all levels
