- 处理接待及解答顾客一般查询
- 跟进顾客预约服务,与顾客建立良好关系
- 处理一般行政及文书工作
- Handle reception duties and answer general inquiries from customers
- Follow up on customer appointments and establish a good relationships with customers
- Handle general administrative and paperwork
