
Claims Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the processing of insurance claims to ensure the procedure is handled efficiently, accurately, and in a manner that protects the interests of the insured parties while also providing satisfactory customer service.
- Liaison between clients, adjusters, service providers, and all related parties.
- Lead a team of claim officers, provide training and guidance as well as managing their work performance.
- Proficient in negotiation and settle claims with third-party claimants, insurers, law firms, external service providers and workshops accurately and timely.
- Ensure all claim matter are resolve adherence to NIMA Guideline and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Under-take any ad-hoc duties or initiatives
**Job Requirements**
- Preferably with Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
- At least 5 years of relevant technical and managerial work experience in automotive claims and handling claims disputes professionally
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Must have a Valid Class 3 driving license
- Proficient in local laws and regulations
- Strong leadership qualities, effective interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Able to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced environment
