The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales across various industries, including banking, insurance, technology, among others.. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, establishing collaborative partnerships, and managing client relationships to maximize sales volume and revenue growth. The Sales Specialist ensures that Holafly expands its market presence and builds strong relationships with diverse industry sectors.

✦ **Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients across various industries, including banking, insurance, technology, among others.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms and maximize sales volume.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns tailored to different industries.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, results, and market insights to management.

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success across multiple industries.
- Strong understanding of various industry sectors and their unique needs.
- Extensive network of contacts within industries such as banking, insurance, technology, and others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
