- Assist with routine administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare general ledger (GL) journals, accruals, and prepayments.
- Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, AR/AP, expense, and petty cash ledgers.
- Generate invoices and ensure statutory taxes are filed and paid.
- Review and process expense claims and payments.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet and profit & loss analyses.
- Address ad hoc queries related to management accounting.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory compliance.
- Serve as the main contact for finance-related matters and queries from management and auditors.
- Oversee payroll processing.
- Handle additional finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Preferably have 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience.
