Singapore LEE KIM HR PTE. LTD. Full time

Our client is an established Fund Management Company focusing on private equity growth capital or buyout investments in mid-market companies in the Asia Pacific region and they are currently seeking for an Executive Director to join their growing team.

**Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership for all aspects of investment activity (from origination to exit).
- Maintain great relationships with fund managers and other stakeholders.
- Work with and support portfolio companies, including attending board meetings and monitoring performance to ensure returns and strategic objectives are achieved.
- Ensure that all operational related service providers are properly managed following the internal policies and the relevant regulatory requirement.
- Develop a close working partnership with other key functions within the Company as well as the relevant teams.
- Lead, manage or/and perform special projects as requested by management from time to time.
- Lead the team in due diligence, structuring and execution work.
- Negotiate deal terms, execute transactions and work with external advisors. Exposure to all aspects of the business, cross-jurisdiction and to working with senior management directly.

**Requirements
- University Degree in either accounting, finance, business or economics.
- Minimally 2 years of relevant work experience in buyout fund.
- Understanding of different stages of life cycle of Private Equity structure and concepts for PE structures.
- Possesses an in-depth understanding of offering documents of the PE funds.
- Having the ability to think critically, objectively, work towards and meeting agreed on deadlines.
- Highly organized and motivated individual with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the drive to work toward continuous improvement.
- Having the flexibility and willingness to work additional hours if required.
