**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Personal Financial Services**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- To establish strategic partnership for businesses across PFS in the region and deepen our relationship with customers with stronger customer value propositions and enhanced customer experience
- Nurture and grow the existing partnerships to ensure they are fulfilling mutual commercial, product, and strategic goals
- Establishing key performance indicators that will determine the ultimate success of each partnership
- Lead strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth with Partnerships across region
- Maintain all aspects of partnership go-to-market, ensuring that both parties hit their respective timelines prior, during, and after launch
- Enable partner deal support, cross functional planning, relationship management, and analytical insights
- Manage executive-level contacts with key partners, including QBRs and CEO/COO level meeting
- Carefully think through commercial and implementation details, together with the partner and relevant internal departments
- Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive user growth and revenue
- Lead customized complex negotiation with our strategic partners.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong Cards and partnership experience, with sound business acumen and have a ability to manage P&L
- At least 10 years working in cards and unsecured lending business, with understanding of the business drivers and operating model
- Open-minded, matured and hardworking, with positive mindset Innovative and forward looking individuals
- Ability to understand how payments are processed Always in lookout for new payment trends
- Strong influencing skills
