**Detailed Responsibilities**
- Work closely together with Aesthete Aquatics' director, team managers and developmental coaches through formulating of plans to cater to the needs of the athletes of all ages. This includes, but is not limited to, creating and implement of training plans, camps, competitions and performances
- Overall in charge of all Aesthete Aquatics' competitive age group teams which includes the Under 10, Under 12, Youth, Junior and Senior Teams
- Responsible for talent identification in the developmental groups and competitive age groups, and ensuring a progression pipeline for the program
- Training of developmental coaches to equip them with the necessary skills to prepare developmental artistic swimmers for the competitive age group level
- Detailed lesson planning to create a holistic learning for all levels of athletes. This not only includes Artistic Swimming Technical and Routine training but also Swimming Training, Cardio and Gym work, Dance and Choreography Training as well as Acrobatics Training.
- Analysis of individual athlete profile as their improvement every quarter to feedback to the director of the club every quarter of the year. Analysis of each competition/performance/event to feedback to the director of the club every quarter of the year.

**Qualifications**
- Has obtained relevant Artistic Swimming coaching certifications
- At least 10 years of coaching artistic swimmers successfully at major national and international meets
- Attended international FINA Seminars - Demonstrates a clear understanding of artistic swimming requirements, including the technical, execution and performance elements
- Has demonstrated the capability to coordinate activities, people and resources and to maintain appropriate monitoring and controls
- Experienced in dealing with media
- Demonstrates excellent knowledge of Artistic Swimming administrative procedures and technical requirements of athletes and other officials
- Experienced in developing season plans and working with other coaches
- Experienced in mentoring coaches
- Full NROC Coach for Artistic Swimming

**Personal Attributes**
- Has the interpersonal and management skills to successfully motivate and direct athletes where relevant (Works effectively with people and shows respect and sensitivity to their needs)
- Demonstrates a logical approach in weighing up issues and coming to a decision
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and able to provide reports when required
- Demonstrates ability to handle crisis situations (Shows enthusiasm and preparedness to put athletes’ performances before personal considerations)
- Available to attend all club committee meetings, parents’ meetings and all relevant competitions lined up for the team
- Ability to work on weekends
- Ability to travel overseas
- Able to communicate in English
