Swimfast is a well-established swimming school in Singapore founded by ex-Olympian Mr David Lim.

**Jobscope**
- Must be able to work on weekends
- In charge of the daily swimming sessions and the planning of competitions for swimmers
- Commited to develop the club swimmers to their fullest potential
- Work with the Head Coach on the overall direction of the club swim program and development
- Work with the Head Coach to develop and execute coaching plans.
- Assist in communication with the parents of swimmers for all matters related to training and administration.
- Work with athletes and their parents on goal setting, understanding long-term development, training week planning, etc.
- Supervise athletes at competitions through warm-ups/swim down and race feedback

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5 years or more competitive coaching experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Possess Basic MS Office Skills
- Experience in Learn to Swim Coaching will be an added advantage
- Well-versed in the technical aspects of the 4 swimming strokes and latest competition rules
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Passionate about swimming and coaching children
- Must be a team player and has a positive attitude
