The Policy and Planning Department is responsible for developing EMA’s strategic policies to advance our strategic goals of forging an energy system that is sustainable, resilient, dynamic and efficient.
- As part of a team of analysts, you will play a key role in driving the development of long-term strategies for the energy sector to achieve EMA's objectives, against the backdrop of an evolving energy landscape. You will drive the coordination of different stakeholders to develop coherent and actionable long-term and short-term implementation plans across EMA. You will get a close-up look at sustainability initiatives across the EMA, and help ensure that we are on track to meet our objectives and have the necessary delivery capacity to implement our plans.
- We are looking for people with an open and creative mind. You must be unafraid to learn new things. You have to be comfortable with navigating ambiguity, able to define problem spaces, assess trade-offs and respond nimbly.
