**Job Summary**

We are looking to enhance IT security across approximately 30 Mitsubishi Electric Group affiliates in nine countries within the APAC region. The role involves studying, proposing, and implementing a new IT infrastructure, complete with cyber-attack countermeasures, to serve as the group's standard infrastructure. This project will be led from planning through execution, with the project manager responsible for quality, delivery, and cost control.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gain a deep understanding of both the head office's IT strategy and security policies, as well as the business dynamics of Mitsubishi Electric Group.
- Assess the current state of IT infrastructure at each group affiliate, then develop and propose effective, business-aligned security measures and infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborate with the management teams at both the head office and affiliate locations to align project objectives, resources, costs, and timelines.
- Build consensus on the introduction of security measures and IT infrastructure upgrades across the group.
- Serve as the project manager, working closely with IT departments across the group, and driving the project forward while managing all aspects of the project, including quality, deadlines, costs, risks, and issues.
- Provide regular reporting to both the head office and affiliate management teams.Establish a sustainable maintenance structure for the new infrastructure and security measures, which include setting up rules, regulations, and a routine audit system to ensure ongoing security compliance.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Mitsubishi Electric’s business policies and IT security strategies.
- Experience in IT within a large manufacturing company; knowledge of IT and security strategies.
- Expertise in planning, designing, and managing secure IT infrastructure for large global organizations.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills with diverse stakeholders; Japanese language skills preferred
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (network, servers, security, cloud computing) and business systems (ERP, SCM, CRM, MES) in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Mitsubishi Electric’s security protocols and ability to implement and maintain security audits and systems.
- Knowledge of relevant laws & regulations of information security across APAC region.
- Strong project management skills, particularly in IT infrastructure development, security enhancements, and renovation projectsLeadership and execution capabilities to drive teams and manage project success.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Meticulous with excellent time management when working under pressure.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, designing, building, and operating large-scale IT environments for global manufacturing companies.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cyber security projects, including planning, construction, and deployment
- Minimum 5 years in a project management role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security auditing and Information Security Management (ISM) consulting.
