**Job Requirements**Job Descriptions Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Reports to Package Manager 2. Perform interface management between the Vendors, the yard and Owner 3. Review and checks documents and drawings from the Vendors to ensure compliance with specification 4. Ensure that yard drawings adequately capture Vendor’s details and requirements 5. Monitor, control and report Vendor’s progress against the plan to ensure on time completion and delivery against the plan 6. Coordinate the yard FAT procedure, review and approve Vendor’s FAT procedure 7. Coordinate and attend FAT 8. Coordinate and approve Vendor’s Packing list and coordinate delivery of the Vendor Package 9. Perform periodic visit to site to confirm equipment readiness for installation, for completion and for vendor callouts 10. To coordinate and perform inspection upon delivery 11. Support site installation and completion of the Vendor Package 12. Ensure that Vendor’s requirements are adequately carried out during installation 13. Manage overall Vendor Call Outs 14. Responsible for daily management and interface for Vendors Site Service Engineers 15. Review SAT/ CTPs to ensure that test procedures are in line with Vendor’s requirements 16. Lead / support site pre-commissioning and commissioning of the Vendor Package 17. Support Commissioning Manager during the Commissioning phase of the Project 18. Final documentation close out with Vendor 19. Travel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your immediate Supervisor / Head of Department
**Work Experience**Job RequirementsMinimum Diploma in Engineering discipline or equivalentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, general interest mindset, ability to address conflict constructivelyAble to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environmentPossess positive and willing to learn attitudeProficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Microsoft Excel)Minimum 5 years of experience in marine, offshore and renewable sectors
