To be responsible for all daily incoming mails/correspondence to the Sales department.
- To attend to the administrative needs of the Director of Sales and department. To type reports, letters, memo or fax documents assigned to her accurately. To file and maintain an effective filing system.
- To attend to all phone enquiries to the best of her ability. To assist guest/clients on the phone with the necessary information or/and direct/channel them to the manager in-charge.
- To send out brochures, promotional articles to clients on a timely fashion. To monitor and ensure there is sufficient stock of the Sales Press kit in the department, and put up requisition whenever the need arises.
- To ensure the timely and accurate preparation of regular reports on sales or activities/events relating to Sales Department.
