**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries by providing timely and accurate quotations, ensuring follow-up to convert inquiries into sales
- Manage client communications, resolve queries and concerns swiftly to uphold excellent service standards
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows, including overseas events. Manage booth setup, engage with potential clients, and collect leads to support sales efforts
- Support the preparation and submission of tender documents. Collaborate with various departments to collect necessary information and ensure compliance with tender requirements
- Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure data integrity
- Manage additional administrative tasks as assigned
