1.6 Purchase stationery / office groceries / equipment (Air-con & paper)

2. Handle daily accounting matters with customers, suppliers, contractors

2.1 Issue and post cheque

3.1 Customer / Vendor Creation

3.2 Item creation

3.3 Process Sales Order

3.5 Follow-up on delivery with supplier

3.6 Customer notification of ETA

3.7 Process Good return note posting

3.8 Posting of supplier’s invoice

3.9 Generating invoice to the customer

3.10 Data entry and filling
