Dragonfly Bar, a dynamic and innovative new establishment, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Bartender to lead our bar team. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, creating exceptional cocktails, and providing outstanding service to our customers. We are looking for a passionate and creative individual who is dedicated to delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example and provide guidance and support to junior bartenders and floor staff.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trending flavors.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Ensure consistency and quality in beverage preparation and presentation, adhering to established recipes and standards.
- Train and mentor staff on cocktail preparation techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure availability of key ingredients.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely, adhering to all relevant financial procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment maintenance and regular cleaning schedules.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions and events to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for professional development and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of the bar area as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant, with at least 3 years of experience in a senior or leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, as well as a passion for mixology and beverage innovation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using bar equipment and POS systems, with basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
