As a Junior Bartender in our fine dining restaurant, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional beverage experience to our guests. You will work closely with the senior bartenders and the Group Mixologist to create and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages that complement the restaurant's culinary offerings. Your attention to detail, excellent customer service, and willingness to learn will contribute to the overall success of our fine dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Beverage Preparation and Service:Assist in preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
Ensure all beverages are presented impeccably, maintaining consistency in taste, appearance, and quality.
Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at the bar and throughout the dining area.
- Bar Maintenance and Organization:Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of tools, glassware, and ingredients.
Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and replenishing ingredients as needed.
Follow established opening and closing procedures to ensure the bar is ready for service and properly cleaned afterward.
- Guest Interaction and Recommendations:Engage with guests, offering a warm welcome and creating a positive and friendly atmosphere at the bar.
Provide recommendations on beverages that align with guests' preferences and complement their dining choices.
Address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaboration with Senior Bartenders and Mixologist:Work closely with the senior bartenders and the Group Mixologist to learn and understand the cocktail menu and its components.
Assist in the creation of garnishes, syrups, and other ingredients required for the beverage program.
Participate in workshops and training sessions to improve mixology skills and knowledge.
- Responsible Service and Compliance:Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and ensure responsible beverage service to guests.
Comply with health and safety standards and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the management.
- Continuous Learning and Development:Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow as a bartender, actively seeking feedback from senior team members to improve skills and techniques.
Stay updated on beverage trends, new ingredients, and industry best practices.
